St. Kuriakose College of Management and Science (SKCMS) is a private self-financing college founded in 2012 and managed by the St. Mary’s Charitable Trust, Kuruppumpady. It is the third educational project of the Trust; its sister concerns being M.G.M. Higher Secondary School, Kuruppampady (1921) and St. Mary’s Public School (2006). The College is affiliated to Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam and approved by the Government of Kerala.

Things end but memories last forever. I cherish the sweet memories, of my days in SKCMS. It provided me a wonderful environment and opportunity to learn and grow myself academically as well as to secure a place in the corporate world with its best habilitating.
I had the privilege to be the part of B.Com 2016-2019 batch of St. Kuriakose College of Management and Science. From the very beginning itself, the College and my teachers were successful in engraving with us a sense of responsibility. All that I have achieved today came from the seeds of wisdom sown by my teachers. I’m grateful to them forever.
BBA was the stepping stone to my dream course MBA. For a professional course like MBA, I needed a strong background in management and organizational environment. My teachers in SKCMS, gave us in-depth knowledge about the organizational culture and how we can effectively utilize the organizational resources for professional as well as personal grooming. It is undoubtedly true that well-qualified and well-experienced teachers can make changes in one's career and growth. I thank my teachers and the College for everything I received. When I look back I believe that joining SKCMS for my undergraduate studies was the best decision that I have ever taken. Now I am proud of being an alumnus of SKCMS.
The days I spent at SKCMS Kuruppampady were nothing short of an excellent experience. The dignified, yet warm environment that my alma-mater offered was extremely helpful in cultivating a morally, politically and professionally well-disciplined character. The things that I learned from my college have constantly helped me to remain confident, brave and persistent in my goal.
I recall that I was the only boy in the Commerce PG batch and as someone who always found himself comfortable only with male friends, it was a whole new experience. For the first time, I could look at the world in a girl's perspective thanks to my friends at SKCMS. It gave me a new understanding about gender equality. I grew more respectful and empathetic towards women.
I would like mention the selfless and consistent efforts of my teachers that made me who I am now. From a clueless teenager to an accountant who works at Dubai, I owe my teachers to a great deal for all my success. No matter how much higher I get in my life, the memories I received from my college will remain as bright as ever before.
The Master of Social Work (MSW) is a postgraduate programme providing professional training that leads to the professional qualification of a social worker. The course work of the programme aims to provide students with a solid conceptual framework and a theoretical foundation of social work practice. It offers a comprehensive curriculum that covers a wide range of subjects, including social welfare policies, human behavior, research methods, community development, counseling techniques, and ethical considerations. Students gain a deep understanding of social issues such as poverty, mental health, substance abuse, child welfare, aging, and social justice.
